La Lugano Cup viene assegnata ogni anno al vincitore della Royal Rumble Match che vede 15 wrestlers salire sul ring a distanza di 90 secondi. L'ultimo che rimane viene dichiarato vincitore ed il suo nome viene inciso sulla Lugano Cup e sarà così per sempre impresso nella storia della Pro Wrestling Live Events.

The Lugano Cup goes every year to the winner of the Royal Rumble Match in witch 15 wrestlers step into the ring every 90 seconds. The last man standing will win the Lugano Cup. His name will be engraved on it and be part of the PWLE memories forever.
